Week 1 of CrossFit
So, I finished my first week of CF 101 fundamentals class. My body feels like one huge bruise...ouch. That Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS, yo!) is no joke. Even though I can barely function, I have enjoyed it. I have one more week of CF 101 and then it's on to the regular workouts. I am excited (and scared to death, but I am managing). Tonight I am going to give the P90x Ab Ripper X a shot...since my abs are the only muscles that aren't in major pain.
